Recently renovated, it is one of the oldest hotels located in this old fishing village. It comprises 2 buildings, each one equipped with an elevator, offering a total of 73 rooms. The official category of a two-star-hotel has the advantage of offering competitive prices, however this hotel offers quality services that correspond to a hotel of a higher category. Location
This hotel is located in the old centre of Cala Ratjada, about 200m from a beautiful fishing port and about 100m from the commercial centre and the nightlife of Cala Ratjada. It is situated not far from the three sandy beaches: Cala Gat is the nearest little beach that is followed by the most beautiful of the island, Cala Agulla beach, and finally Son Moll beach. Each of them has fine sand and full facilities.

- Ottimo soggiorno all´ hotel bellavista, personale eccellente, abbiamo chiesto una camera più grande e grazie alla nostra agenzia in Italia (locorockvacanze) ci hanno messo in un appartamento vista mare sul porto di Cala Ratjada. Eccellente l´ ubicazione e la Gastronomia. Qualità Prezzo insuperabili.

- Consiglio l´ hotel Bellavista, posizione centrale in zona abbastanza tranquilla, personale dell´ hotel fantastico (come a casa), la gastronomia non ha eguali per un´ hotel 2 stelle, tutto come in un ristorante molto molto buono, semplice e cucinato veramente bene, torte fatte in casa che sono una meraviglia, paella, il miglior Tumbet mai mangiato, tutto veramente buono. Pulizia adeguata sia nella camera che nelle zone comuni. Grazie a locorockvacanze per le indicazioni sull´ hotel e sulla zona di Cala Ratjada.

- Muy Bien al hotel bellavista, el personal es muy amable y simpatico, la posicion es centrica acerca de restaurantes shopping y pub, la comida es muy buena todo casero, las habitaciones son grandes y bastante limpias. Gianluca
