The hotel comprises a total of 40 rooms, including 25 junior suites and 5 suites. The facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and several lounges that allow for different types of meetings. There is also a café, a bar, a dining room, free wireless Internet in the hall, conference facilities and laundry and room services. A 15x7-metre swimming pool with sun loungers laid out ready for use can be found in the outdoor complex. Guests may select their breakfast from a buffet. Location
This hotel is located in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just 2 minutes from the port and 7 minutes drive from the Las Teresitas beach. The hotel is on the main road, Rambla, next to García Sanabria Parque and Plaza de los Patos. It is 15 minutes from the Los Rodeos Airport (Tenerife North).

- En lineas generales es correcto, sin embargo encuentro dos grandes peros: el primero es el ruido ambiental procedente de una avenida próxima con mucha circulación tanto de día como de noche, que nos impidió descansar; y de un colegio vecino. El segundo "pero" es por el bufet del desayuno, escaso y con un café y leche horribles.

- Hemos estado en una junior suite y en ocho días no nos pusieron jabón de ducha. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El desayuno repetitivo y poco higiénico.

- No es claro en el momento que se reserva que falta reservar también el parking (no me gustó aparcar por la calle). La Internet no fue accesible de mí habitación (en la descripción del hotel parece claro que en Júnior suite se puede acceder a Internet).
