This is a modern building in the Madrid shopping street López de Hoyos, a few metres from the Alfonso XIII metro station and has excellent transport links with the M30 and M40 motorways.

Access from M-30: take exit for Ramón and Cajal. Turn left into Calle Alfonso XIII and at the junction with López de Hoyos turn right. The hotel is a few metres further on, on the right.

- Otros hoteles de esta categoria, ofrecen en el baño, lo mínimo. Solo había una dosis de gel. Ni lo más elemental, gorro ducha, cepillo dental, champoo, y ..... bidé. Y, ésto para la central de reservas. Nunca había estado a los días del alojamiento en un hotel, sin tener la factura corespondiente. Viajo cada 15 días y no me había ocurrido ésto nunca.

- Me he sentido muy comoda y muy bien atendida por el servicio del hotel. La habitción es confortable y funcional, tenia lo necesario para sentirse agusto.

- nos dieron una habitación individual, siendo que la habiamos pedido doble. el water estaba sucio a nuestra llegada, sólo había toallas para una persona, y no había kit dental, otras veces nos ha ido bien en este hotel, pero con esto no dan ganas de volver.

- Aunque mi estancia fue sólo de un par de días, fue de lo más agradable y comendable que se pueda encontrar. El trato muy humano y cercano y con todo lo que se requiere en el mundo de los servicios. Se agradece. Las instalaciones espectaculares y estando en el mundo en el que estamos tener una conexión WiFi gratuita hace que uno no se lo piense demasiado a la hora de dónde ir. ¡¡Seguro que volveré!! ¡¡Muchas gracias por todo!!

- Este hotel tiene dos alas, la nueva y la vieja, y siempre me había coincidido en el ala nueva y genial pero la ultima vez me toco la parte vieja y bufff, fatal, la habitacion deja mucho que desear para ser al precio que es, igual que si te alojas en la parte nueva. El baño es penoso, con bolsas de plastico tapan aguros de las baldosas !!!!, hay en la habitacion un continuo olor a tuberias nauseabundo, se pasaba un poco dejando correr los grifos pero al momento igual. Las paredes estaban salpicadas no se de que y prefiero no saber, daba un aspecto malisimo, guarrete, de pena de veras, esa parte deja mucho mucho que desear para ser un hotel de la categoria que es. Así no vuelvo, lo siento porque me encantaba el hotel, la otra parte claro, la atencion es buenisima, el restaurante genial, situacion inmejorable, pero esa parte vieja lo tira todo por tierra, es como si fueramos gente de primera y de segunda reginal. En fin, con lo bien que lo podían tener. Ya digo, no vuelvo a pasar una noche en una habitacion así ni por ese precio ni por ninguno.
