El personal es poco profesional y muy poco experimentado

El hotel en lineas generales está muy bien exceptuando el magnifico buffet desayuno que uno paga y que no recibe. No existe tal buffet. Es a la carta con lo que uno no ve lo que pide, el servicio es lento, no hay cantidad ( pedimos 4 croisanes y solo quedaban 3. Eran las 8 y 30 mde la mañana).
