Facilities include a reception manned around the clock with a postal service, safes (for an additional fee) and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a café, a kiosk, a small supermarket, a shop, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant in an old Masia (with highchairs for children), a conference room and an Internet terminal. A laundry service, medical assistance, a car park, a garage are also available to guests and for younger guests there is a kid's club, a children's play area and a mini zoo. For an additional deposit guests may also rent the portable grills that are available. In the hotel grounds, guests are offered access to a pool area with a large freshwater pool, 2 children's paddling pools, a pool bar, sun loungers and parasols. Sports options include water and land-based aerobics programmes, table tennis, basketball and bocce facilities. Bicycles may be hired on request and on payment of an additional fee, a tennis court may be taken advantage of. Furthermore, guests are invited to participate in the seasonal entertainment programme (including children's entertainment) as well as the dance evening. A new swimming pool complex of 800 m² close to the nature park invites guests to relax. Within the spa area is a pool with a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam bath and a gym. It is additionally possible to take advantage of the beauty and health treatments offered by the medical staff. A breakfast buffet is available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings guests may select dishes from the set menu or choose from the à la carte option.
