T3 Hotels, however occupies its very special niche among the budget hotel category. For that reason, with the introduction of the T3 Tirol, we are pleased to present the first of all T3 Hotels in Spain. Recently renovated and up to date, the T3 Tirol is very well situated as a downtown hotel, in the midst of the fashionable Moncloa-Argüelles residential and business district of Madrid. It is located just across the street from the department store El Corte Inglés of Princesa and a short walking distance from the Plaza de España, the Royal Palace and the University campus.
While ideally located as a business hotel it very well serves the leisure traveller. During a recent revision of all hotels in Spain the T3 Concept came out very favourably in terms of value for money, with a very high standard of comfort in the rooms and public areas. It's warm and at the same time efficient style makes it a very comfortable hotel where one can feel at ease during the few hours that Madrid's very active life comes to a halt.
It's close vicinity to all tourist attractions in Madrid, Spain, make it an ideal location to visit places such as the Royal Palace, the Debot Temple, the Plaza de España with its landmark buildings and monument of Cervantes with the main figures from his book "Don Quixote", as well as museums such as the Reina Sofia, El Prado and the small but very interesting museum of the house and private collection of the Marquis of Peralta.

We offer three types of rooms: Standard rooms, Superior rooms and Junior Suites. All of them are equipped with air conditioning and colour TV with satellite and pay-TV channels. The renovated rooms also count with both a data and a voice connection as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom.

- El único problema que nos incomodó es que nos digan a nuestra llegada que por la tarifa que hemos pagado solo nos pueden situar en la parte no reformada, como si fueramos de un clase inferior y eso no le hace a uno setirse muy bien, pues no elejimos la tarifa para la parte pobre del hotel, sino que elijos el hotel y punto.
