- Nos gustó mucho el hotel, está un poco alejado del centro pero hay una boca de metro muy cerca. Fácil de aparcar en la calle. El personal muy atento en todo momento y sobre todo el camarero del restaurante. En cuanto a centraldereservas muy bien, buen precio y ningún problema con la reserva.

- A atenção ao cliente, na recepção, pouco eficiente em especial de uma funcionária. Continua a não se fazer um mínimo esforço para entender o Português, de que resulta situações incómodas para o cliente. A atenção dos empregados do bar, pelo contrário, foi óptima. O preço da garagem é exagerado.

- El vestíbulo está un poco desactualizado para personas jóvenes, para personas mayores es perfecto...tele, sillón y poco más. Las habitaciones bien de tamaño y de limpieza..para el precio que pagamos estuvo bien.

- nos hemos quedado muy contestos por el lugar donde esta situado,la comodidas para moverte a madrid gracias a la boca de metro que esta cerca,muy tranquilo muy comodo,seguramente vuelva a madrid ma amenudo y vuelva a este hotel.todo muy bien.gracias por la amabilidad.

- EL HOTEL BASTANTE BIEN, PQ ESTÁ BASTANTE NUEVO, PERO LA LIMPIEZA, FATAL, FATAL. EN MI HABITACIÓN HACIA MESES QUE NO SE LIMPIABA EL POLVO, Y UNA FALTA DE VENTILACIÓN ENORME, MAL OLOR. SINCERAMENTE ME DECEPCIONÓ
