- Nos adjudicaron una minuscula habitacion que daba a un patio interior. El resto normal pero la habitación deprimente total

- La atención al cliente por parte del personal muy bien pero no tiene ni mucho menos la categoría de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, excesivamente pequeñas. Al hacer la reserva solicitamos una cama de matrimonio que se nos confirmó sin problema y al llegar al hotel nos asignaron una habitación con cama twin argumentando que tenían muy pocas habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y estaban sujetas a disponibilidad. El resto de las instalaciones pasables, aunque ni de lejos para un cuatro estrellas, pero las habitaciones dejaban mucho que desear. El contenido del minibar era muy pobre además de no reponérnoslo en toda la estancia de 4 días. No creo que volvamos. La relación calidad-precio no es justa para ser un hotel que se anuncia como un cuatro estrellas.

- Es un cuatro estrellas venido a menos. El precio no corresponde con la habitación, ya que he estado en tres estrellas, con las mismas instalaciones, y con menor precio.

- Lo peor es que el metro pilla a 10 minutos andando. En la puerta se coge el autobus línea 23, que te lleva a la plaza mayor. Las habitaciones y la limpieza, bien. Sólo me extrañó que no pusieran bolsas en las papeleras.
