- Reserve al hotel a mis padres y sus amigos para pasar el puente de finales de enero y les gusto el hotel y la ciudad. Saludos!

- El hotel está muy bien, pero no merece la categoría de 4 estrellas cuando en el baño hay cortinas en vez de mamparas.

- Demasiado ruido por las noches debido a las celebraciones de bodas y cenas que se celebran en el hotel.

- El hotel está muy bien en cuanto a ubicación se refiere ya que está en el mismo centro comercial de Granada, sin embargo las instalaciones no son las propias de un hotel de 4 estrellas, más bien un tres y muy normalito. Además de todo esto, a nosotros encima nos dieron una habitación que de haberla visto antes no hubiera pagado por ella ni la cuarta parte de lo que pagamos. Es una verguenza que un hotel de cuatro estrellas ofrezca a sus clientes este tipo de habitaciones: en la nuestra apenas cabía la cama y nuestra maleta, vamos que más bien parecía una habitacion individual en la que a duras pena habían metido otra cama.

- Dice que tiene garaje, cuando llegue estaba lleno, al día siguiente reservé y cuando lo fuí a meter el coche estaba lleno y tenía que esperar, asi que decidí meterlo en un garaje de los aledaños, cuando liquidé intentaron no sólo cobrarme el garaje, sino que incluso la mátricula apuntada no coincidía con la de mi coche. La calle esta llena de obras y parece el tercer mundo, la verdad un poco patetico para ser un cuatro estrellas que debía de ser de dos. El aseo es pequeño y cuidado la puerta abria contra la taza del water, o sea que si dejas la puerta sin cerrojo y abre tu pareja, ojo y cuidadin que te puede destrozar las piernas. El mobiliario un poco viejo y algo chapuceado, al repintar las sillas y butacones, e intentarlas hacer parecer rusticas, ya que lo que parece es que tienen un capìta de mierda. El ascensor no marca los pisos, todas las luces están fundidas, por lo cual como son dactilares a veces dudas en si has pulsado el piso correcto. Y así un etc ...
