- Probablemente lo unico bueno es la localización. Creo que es el peor hotel de 4* en el que jamas haya estado. Habitaciones viejas. Vistas a una pared a través de una simple ventana.

- Entiendo que un hotel pida la documentacion a los clientes y genere una ficha interna, lo que no es admisible es que el hotel pida los datos ,(toda la numeracion completa),de la tarjeta de credito,y que ademas se la tenga que quedar archivada porque es algo confidencial y muy delicado si cae en manos de cualquiera . Mi experiencia como cliente en hoteles no es que sea dilatadisima pero he estado en algunos y este es el primero que solicita datos de mi tarjeta de credito,que por cierto ya tienen ustedes por si entre el hotel y yo hubiese algun problema que el hotel tuviese que reclamar. Me ha parecido de muy mal gusto ,y es una situacion en la que te ponen en el momento de la llegada ,convirtiendola de entrada ,en una situacion ya para empezar incomoda, y poco grata, que es lo contrario de los motivos por los que una familia visita un hotel un fin de semana. Seguro que esto,se puede evitar con algun otro recurso, ademas que dudo mucho que sea legal. En mi caso, les dije que no queria que los datos de mi tarjeta quedaran archivados y queria garantias de que se destruyesen una vez la relacion entre el hotel y yo se terminase. He de decir tambien que no me pusieron problemas en devolverme un papel en el que venian los numeros en cuestion aunque tampoco se si se quedaron con alguna copia con lo que tampoco me quede contento el daño ya estaba hecho. Sobre su encuesta: El tema de la mala nota respecto a la ubicacion va relacionado con que el acceso a la puerta de hotel por la acera es inexistente desde el paso cebra que hay en la puerta del M´Donals se tiene que ir andando por la carretera unos 50 metros,(ver google earth). Sin mas que decir por parte de uno, al que, aunque no lo parezca ,se conforma con cositas sencillas y no se suele quejar apenas nunca,hoy si toca.Gracias por haberos molestado en perder vuestro tiempo en leer la queja del que,al fin y al cabo ya ha pagado.Un saludo.

- !!! NOTA IMPORTANTE !!!! LES COMUNICO QUE EN EL HOTEL DIPLOMATIC SE ESTAN COMETIENDO ROBOS EN LAS HABITACIONES DESDE HACE MESES ATRÁS ( 3 ROBOS EN MENOS DE 6 MESES ) Y EL HOTEL NO PONE NINGÚN TIPO DE IMPEDIMENTO Y ALEGA QUE NO TIENE OBLIGACION . NO HACIENDOSE CARGO DE LO ROBADO Y DEJANDO A SUS CLIENTES AL DESAMPARO Y CON UN TRATO QUE DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR PARA SER UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS ( CATEGORIA EN ESPAÑA UN 2 ESTRELLAS) NO RECOMENDABLE BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO A PESAR DE QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN BUENA UBICACION. LAS PEORES Y MAS CARAS VACACIONES DE MI VIDA. ES VERGONZOSO QUE ESTE HOTEL ESTE ANUNCIANDOSE O OFERTANDOSE EN ESTE TIPO DE PAGINAS.
