Located in the town centre, this ski hotel/ village lies in the tourist centre of Soldeu. Agrupar dos hoteles en el comedor masifico con colas de espera para todo, para entrar al comedor, para obtener platos o cubiertos y esperar reposición de comida. No disponer de piscina cubierta climatizada, rebaja el servicio mucho, sobre todo cuando hace mal tiempo.

Hemos pasado unos días fantasticos. Todo muy bien. El hotel tiene muchos espacios para poder estar tranquilo, el entorno es muy agradable. El personal excelente. Seguro que volveremos. Cèlia i familia.

El hotel en general está muy bien. Sobretodo en limpieza e instalaciones, pero está empezando a perder en el comedor. Ya no hay ni tanta calidad, ni tanta cantidad, ni tanta variedad... El servicio también ha perdido un poco.

Lástima que el precio de entrada al SPA no sea más económico para los clientes alojados en el Hotel.
