- Aunque al parecer es un 4 estrellas, no lo es. Instalaciones antiquísimas, balconada a la plaza mayor sin poder pegar ojo toda la noche porque los ventanales no cerraban correctamente. El personal bastante poco amable. Tuve un problema con la reserva y lo solucioné yo. Central de Reservas merece un 10, el personal del hotel un 3. No volveré.

- la ubicación del hotel,la mejor.Las instalaciones son buenas,al igual que la limpieza.Sin embargo,la atención al cliente muy mala.Nos tuvieron tres horas esperando por la habitación,entramos a las tres de la tarde.

- El hotel está , ahora, en reformas ;no es muy higiénico tener un baño que da a un patio . sucio por las obras y lleno de andamiajes. La habitación era exterior pero con visión limitada por una tolba..todo el personal bastante atento, pero la habitación considero que no la debian haber dado.
