Hotel nuevo, junto a la av. Zorrilla, con mucho tráfico, y a 20 min. andando del centro de Valladolid. El hotel está impecable, la habitación muy bien. Únicamente dos temas: hacía mucho calor, la calefacción no se podía regular individualmente, y al abrir la ventana, se oía mucho el ruido del tráfico (en un 7º piso). Por otra parte, las comidas que ofrece el hotel son muy caras, y cerca del hotel hay opciones mucho más económicas, por lo que no realizamos ninguna comida en el hotel. Por lo demás, un hotel nuevo y confortable, con parking, bien situado.

Empieza a notar el paso del tiempo. La habitación muy bien, el baño regular. A las 11,30 de la noche no había nada, NADA, para comer en la cafetería. Es indignante, que digan al cliente que lo que sobra del día se tira.

Es hasta el momento uno de los mejores hoteles que he visto en Valladolid despues de probar varios, la limpieza estaba bien es un buen hotel y el trato normal, esta junto al Corte Ingles de Zorrilla asique esta bien comunicado con todo Valladolid, el unico problema es el aparcamiento que para encontrarlo por ahi ... hay que tener suerte jajajajaja.
