Selected suites also offer impressive views of the river. This fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art hotel includes 6 modern meeting rooms accommodating 100 delegates, an executive lounge, concept restaurant and bar. There is air-conditioning and WI-FI connectivity throughout all public areas, function spaces and guest rooms (charges may apply). Further facilities include: an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access and a café. For an additional fee guest may take advantage of the room and laundry services. There is a fully-equipped gym with a sauna and steam room. Massage treatments are also available for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a continental buffet.

Hotel moderno y funcional, muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del Big Ben. La mayor parte de las habitaciones dan a la estación de Waterloo y otras al patio interior, por lo que pueden ser un poco agobiantes. El desayuno bufé, sin variedad y servido en un espacio reducido, también un poco agobiante cuando, como era nuestro caso, el hotel estaba muy lleno. Relación calidad precio aceptable para ser Londres, aunque resulta bastante caro en términos absolutos para lo que pediríamos en España. Servicio muy atento y simpático.

Destacaría la ubicación, es perfecta, muy cerca de los principales lugares de interés. El hotel limpio y el personal muy amable.

En recepción trabaja una mujer española, Dolores, que es encantadora, eficiente, implicada y resolutiva. Una ventaja mas para acudir a este hotel.

Me ha encantado el hotel, el trato ha sido excelente y la ubicación del mismo inmejorable.La única pega la lentitud de los ascensores.
