- A este hotel le sobran 2 de las 4 estrellas que tiene. El personal de recepción muy desagradable y poco voluntarioso. El desayuno muy cutre e incluso con lista de espera para poder cojer mesa. Sevilla no se merece un hotel tan malo y menos que oficialmente tenga 4 estrella. No volveré y recomendaré este hotel.

- La ubicaci�n del hotel deja mucho que desear; est� en una calle sin salida y no dispone de aparcamiento privado. Los parking mas cercanos estan lejos del hotel. La habitaci�n deja un poco que desear, ya que no hay minibar y el servicio est� un poco sucio. Para el precio que cuesta, hay hoteles bastante mejores

- La higiene es mejorable. La atención al cliente es entre el pasotismo y la ignorancia. Es decir, te ignoran, y cuando les planteas un problema, pasan de tí, salvo que te plantes de tal forma que no les queda más remedio que actuar, sino, no hay iniciativas en orden a mejorar o intentar siquiera atenderte de una manera correcta para un hotel de cuatro estrellas...Las instalaciones son flojas para un cuatro estrellas, y lo peor, los baños de las habitaciones. En el nuestro la ducha estaba tan mal instalada que no salía agua apenas, haciendo muy difícil algo tan sencillo como tomarse una ducha, cosa que no ocurría en otros baños.La ubicación del hotel es buena (quizá lo único bueno). Pero no así la relación precio calidad, me explico: El hotel no ha salido caro, teniendo en cuenta la categoría que tiene sobre el papel. Pero si tenemos en cuenta el estado de conservación y de limpieza del hotel, la calidad (Pésima) del servicio(Desde la recepción, hasta los camareros -¿había camareros?-, pasando por las señoras de la limpieza), entonces mi opinión como cliente es que he pagado en exceso, siendo , pues, la relación precio/calidad muy negativa, es decir, lo he encontrado CARÍSIMO.
