There are three apartment types: type A lie on the ground floor and include a dining/living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one is like a suite), a single room and an en suite bathroom as well as a garden. Type B include a dining/living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an en suite bathroom as well as solarium on the ground floor, and a further bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom are on the first floor. Type C apartments are equipped similarly to type B, although they include an additional single bedroom on the ground floor. The apartments additionally include individually regulated air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, a washing machine, an oven and a storage room.
