The building revives the tradition of the typical Andalusian country house, and indeed this is the distinguishing feature of the exterior. The interior features a pleasant living room with a chimney, and is characterized by the natural daylight which pours in through the large windows. It comprises a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. A café, bar, restaurant and TV room all feature, as do room and laundry services. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. Younger guests may take advantage of the playground. The swimming pool comes complete with sun loungers and offers impressive views of the nature reserve. Whilst taking a refreshing dip, guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, the stunning views and diverse wildlife, including deer, foxes and squirrels. A Jacuzzi and table tennis also feature. It is also possible to go for walks or bike rides near to the hotel, as well as participate in horse riding or 4x4 excursions around the nature reserve. The nearest golf course is at Linares, located some 85 km away. The restaurant offers dishes including in-season game as well as Andalusian specialities, such as 'gachamiga' (flour, breadcrumbs and bacon), 'pisto' (tomato-based ratatouille) and 'pipirrana' (tomato and cucumber salad).
