- Muy buena ubicación y hotel confortable. Desayuno buffet correcto. Para ser un cuatro estrellas no se puede considerar de mucho lujo y la atención a la llegada fue bastante seca (imagino que sólo era cuestión de la persona que atendía en ese momento)

- Nos dieron la peor habitacion con el soporte de la ducha roto y despues de llamar para preguntar por la reserva con entradas a port aventura, no nos lo explicaron bien y estuvimos en port aventura 1h en atencion a cliente.

- NOS DIERON UNA HABITACIÓN CON LA MOQUETA DEL SUELO COMPLETAMENTE SUELTA Y SERIAMENTE SUCIA,ALGUNAS LÁMPARAS CON BOMBILLAS FUNDIDAS.DE 6 PAREJAS A UNAS LES FACILITARON APARCAMIENTO A OTRAS NOS NINGUNEARON ¿SERÍA POR LA APARIENCIA FÍSICA?.ERA LA 2ª ESTANCIA EN UN AÑO,, POSIBLEMENTE LA SIGUIENTE VEZ, MIRARÉ ANTES DE RESERVAR.
